What you'll focus on

As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) in our Integrations team, you play a key role for our client integration work. You'll design and deliver high-quality, robust integration solutions to connect the Castor platform with external client systems, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to validate complex requirements for each build.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of software development experience in languages like Python (preferred), PHP, etc, demonstrating both breadth and depth of technical expertise
• Strong background in project delivery and services-oriented environments, with experience and comfort working through delivery cycles
• Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, and providing technical talks
• Experience working across full-stack solutions and experience in scaling up cloud-based applications
• Comfortable using AI tooling (e.g., Cloud Code, Copilot) to enhance productivity
• Nice to have : Experience within life sciences, healthtech, or e-clinical products
