Deal Strategy Manager

Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes.

The Opportunity As part of the Deals Strategy team you are expected to work with data and team across our practice to bring targeted commercial and operational insights. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for leading top-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and / or private equity engagements.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Master of Business Administration in Management, Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing / Analytics / Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics preferred - Experience leading top-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and / or private equity - Analyzing markets and assessing company performance - Working with alternative data and market data sets - Broad knowledge of financial statements and business cycles - Leading projects in dynamic, collaborative environments - Delivering strategic, creative business results - Managing multi-resource engagements and off-shore resources - Advanced technical capabilities in data and analytics

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
