The Coating position in Goodyear, AZ, is essential for ensuring that products meet quality standards through the application of protective coatings. Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers as necessary.
• Apply various types of coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of coated products to identify defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve coating processes and resolve any production-related issues
