• Provide medical care for youth and teens in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting that provides support and treatment for youth with a range of mental health and developmental needs. Nursing responsibilities include :
• Administer medications, assess and treat medical needs, schedule medical (pediatrician, dental, eye) appointments & communicate medical treatment and recommendation
• Work with the agency psychiatrist to implement a psychiatric services treatment plan.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide health and medical information, consultation, and coaching for staff and families.
• Maintain student electronic medical / health records.
• Work with the agency psychiatrist to implement a psychiatric services treatment plan.
