What You'll Do :

Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the healthcare environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the healthcare location to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to support site-specific security-related needs and emergency response protocols.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
