We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Management Analyst to join our Business Partnering Service unit, and further bolster our team.

As a member of the Business Partnering Services (BPS), a subdivision of EPAM's Global Finance department, you will be handling administrative and financial functions related to the interaction between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. By joining our team of over specialists, you will contribute to the expansion of the business.

The role of the Credit Management Analyst includes conducting analyses of clients' creditworthiness and ensuring that credit risk is minimized.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking credit analysis to support internal credit ratings and compile a written evaluation backing your assessment
  • Carrying out regular reviews of existing clients' creditworthiness

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and ease with assessing financial statements and business models across diverse industries
  • Capacity to consolidate business and financial data into a cohesive narrative emphasizing potential credit risks
  • A minimum of three years of pertinent experience, including knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and credit risk management
  • Minimum of upper-intermediate proficiency in English
  • Highly detail-focused, with demonstrable organizational and analytical skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal / written communication
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
