McKeenix is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable performing data-driven tasks in a structured remote environment and who excels at identifying patterns, correcting inconsistencies, and translating raw information into reliable records. The Data Entry Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all data flowing into our systems is accurate, complete, and ready for operational and analytical use.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and accurately enter large volumes of structured and unstructured data into internal databases.
Review uploaded materials and digital records to verify completeness, formatting compliance, and data quality.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.
Prepare data summaries, audit logs, and daily / weekly reports for supervisors and analysts.
Clean, structure, and categorize datasets for use by analytics, engineering, and operations teams.
Collaborate with other departments via remote communication platforms to resolve data issues.
Track workflow progress, maintain documentation, and update system records in real time.
Identify trends, recurring errors, and opportunities to improve data processes.
Support routine data audits, process mapping, and system updates.
Work independently in a remote role with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
Attend virtual meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to stay aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in business, analytics, or IT preferred.
1–3 years of experience in data entry, data processing, analytics support, or administrative operations.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, database tools, and digital data platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while working in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills and comfort using remote collaboration tools.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote data work.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting analytics, reporting teams, or technical departments.
Familiarity with basic data visualization or dashboard tools.
Ability to learn new digital platforms and workflow systems quickly.
Experience conducting data audits or data cleansing projects.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or professional services. Hands-on experience with security assessments, architecture design, and risk management. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls). Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is preferred. Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity management, encryption, and network security. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with experience presenting to executives and technical teams. Consulting mindset : strong problem-solving, client-facing experience, and ability to lead engagements. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are a plus.
