Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Fitness Coach / Online Wellness Instructor to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere in the world while making a positive impact on peoples lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs for clients based on their goals abilities and preferences
• Conduct virtual fitness classes and one-on-one coaching sessions through video conferencing platforms
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their fitness and wellness journey
• Monitor and track clients progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness and wellness trends and research to continuously improve our programs
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients

Pay Rate : $50-70 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $40 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
