Summary :

We are currently seeking a Superintendent, Operations at our Monroe, NC plant. We are located approximately 25 miles southeast of Charlotte, NC.

Primary Purpose of this Job :

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Titanium Powder Operations department and the VIGA (Ni Atomizer) department including safety, production demands and personnel.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

• Direct safety program ensuring employee's safety and participation to established goals.
• Research, propose and implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to meet performance goals as well as improve safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and scrap.

Manage personnel including task assignment, performance management, policy adherence and development.

Minimum Job Requirements : (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and / or experience may be considered)
