This position is vital for ensuring that nuanced, physical-level learnings from current products are systematically integrated into new programs, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the Program Quality Status and driving world-class lifecycle quality.

You'll have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial, or related field).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

Even better, you may have…

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Ford's Global Product Development System (GPDS), Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) processes (DFMEA, PFMEA, SCCAF), and CTQ management.
  • Direct experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) systems and associated quality challenges (., battery, e-motor, charging).
  • Proficiency in quality data analysis tools (., QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, Minitab).
  • Experience in supplier quality management or direct interaction with suppliers on quality issues.
  • You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like : will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including :
