THE JOB / Trainee, Operations Assistant

EVENTS / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

Assist event staff with day-to-day preparation and execution of the SAS Championship, a PGA TOUR Champions event held October 6-12, 2025, at Prestonwood Country Club. The Octagon staff, located in Cary, NC, is directly responsible for managing all aspects of the event.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO

• Assist tournament staff in coordinating all vendor contracts for the event
• Insure first-class presentation for the operation of event
• Help manage operational timeline that includes detailed set-up and tear-down schedules
• Work closely with event staff to insure operational fulfillment of corporate partner contracts and operational support of volunteer activities
• Work with tournament staff to execute product logistics plan including loading and unloading of product into storage containers
• Contribute to the coordination and activation of key Tournament special events like Women's Day, Food Truck Friday, 5K at the SAS Championship, etc.
• Other related duties / projects as reasonably assigned
