Qualifications

• Valid Indiana HHA or CNA Certification
• Positive Attitude
• Prior Home Health experience a plus
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid CPR License (can be completed once hired)
• TB skin test (can be completed once hired)
• Clean Background
• Must pass drug screen upon offer
