We're growing-and we're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to help scale our internal systems and HR processes as we expand.     As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll help lead and continuously improve the business workflows, financial systems, and HR processes that keep BizWorth running smoothly. From streamlining financial operations to supporting hiring and compliance, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure the company runs efficiently.

    What You'll Do

  • Run Core Business Operations : Oversee internal systems including payroll, accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, employee timesheets, bank reconciliations, and Stripe transactions.
  • Support Talent and HR Operations : Coordinate job postings, assist with onboarding / offboarding, administer employee benefits (401(k), medical), and help build a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Manage Systems & Admin Platforms : Serve as the point person for software subscriptions, email accounts, access permissions, and system updates to ensure a secure and organized digital workplace.
  • Maintain Compliance & Documentation : Ensure accurate documentation of SOPs, contracts, and vendor agreements. Monitor litigation retainers and support internal controls.
  • Keep the Office Running Smoothly : Manage day-to-day office logistics and vendor relationships to ensure a productive and professional environment.
  • Champion EOS Implementation : Work alongside leadership to support EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) practices that align our day-to-day operations with long-term goals.

    Position Requirements

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of operations, project management, or business administration experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in systems implementation and process improvement
  • Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in professional services or financial services operations
  • Familiarity with EOS / Traction framework
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Paychex, ClickUp, QuickBooks or equivalent platforms
