Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational functions, including project management, field operations, scheduling, and logistics.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure project profitability.
- Serve as a key liaison between ownership, project teams, and clients to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Mentor and develop field and office staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and performance excellence.
- Implement operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and technology to support growth and efficiency.
- Support business development efforts by evaluating project opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners and GCs.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in commercial construction or specialty trades (masonry, concrete, waterproofing, faade restoration, etc.)Proven leadership experience overseeing teams, budgets, and multiple active job sitesSpanish-speaking required (non-negotiable) must be able to communicate effectively with field teams and subcontractorsStrong business acumen with the ability to balance operations, financial performance, and client relationshipsLocal to Austin, TX or open to relocationEntrepreneurial mindset someone who can help shape the company's future as it growsWhat's in it for you
