The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing world-class order-to-invoice customer satisfaction, to include order entry and confirmation, communication of shipment details, and invoice issue resolution.
This newly created opportunity is open due to increased market demand and growth of ConMet’s Aftermarket business unit and will be based at our Charlotte, NC warehouse.
