Payroll And Hr Assistant
Our client, located in Buford, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated Payroll And HR Assistant for an hourly direct hire position.
Family-owned business specializing in residential services
Key responsibilities :
- Oversee manual payroll processing for 160+ employees and in-house subcontractors, comprising 60-70% of workload
- Manage employee relations, claims, onboarding, and offboarding tasks, accounting for 30-40% of workload
- Conduct monthly employee orientation sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and files
- Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
- Aid in occasional document translation using Google Translate
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
