As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to improve the quality of life for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA therapy programs designed to promote learning, socialization, and behavior change. You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and clinicians to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities :

Implement ABA therapy programs, including discrete trial training, natural environment training, and behavioral skills training

Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment outcomes

Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to develop and modify treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements :

Must hold a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (CBA) or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire

1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain required certifications
