Nocturnist Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC)

Join Centinela Hospital Medical Center , a member of the Prime Healthcare system, as a Nocturnist Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide advanced overnight ICU care while expanding your procedural skills and collaborating with a high-performing Pulmonary and Critical Care team.

Position Highlights

Schedule : Nights (7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM)

Employment Type : Independent Contractor (non-benefited)

Shift Options : Minimum 4 shifts / month (part-time) or 14 shifts / month (full-time)

• Practice Scope :
• Overnight ICU patient management and rounding

Rapid response and code coverage

Support : 24 / 7 attending physician backup with full multidisciplinary team

Professional Growth : Transition-to-practice program with hands-on training and a one-year critical care curriculum

Qualifications

Board Certified ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC

Active California NP and DEA licenses (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Minimum 1 year of inpatient NP experience (ICU or hospitalist preferred)

Strong clinical judgment, procedural interest, and commitment to patient-centered care
