Pay : $22.00 / hour $350 Monthly Auto Allowance $500 commission per lease (after the 7th lease / month)

Earning Potential : $5000$6000 / month or $80000 / year

What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone email and in person
• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
• Prepare review and process applications and lease documents
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
• Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
• Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
