Requirements :

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field
• 0-10 years in traffic or highway engineering design
• Proficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Synchro preferred
• FE / EIT certification preferred
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of roadway design standards
