Location : Surprise, AZ (Onsite)

Compensation : $24-$27 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (early start option available)

A substantial client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to help keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for accuracy, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable process
• Handle a large volume of invoices with precision and speed
• Verify coding, approvals, and compliance with company standards
• Assist in implementing automated AP solutions
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Process reimbursements and ensure adherence to policy
• Reconcile statements and support general ledger accuracy
• Contribute to month-end close with entries and reporting
• Keep documentation organized and audit-ready
• Collaborate with procurement and operations for accurate matching
