About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Information Systems to play a pivotal role in defining and managing the strategic direction of the organization's technology data systems. This hands-on executive position is responsible for the architecture, deployment, and sustainment of essential applications and databases, ensuring they align with business objectives. The successful candidate will be a key leader in formulating and executing a comprehensive vision for data solutions, including the integration of enterprise information systems with business processes. They will also oversee the development of data management and reporting systems, drive data analytics initiatives, and ensure the security and compliance of all data-related activities.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and over 10 years' experience in enterprise systems management, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires extensive technical expertise in ERP, CRM, data warehousing, and cloud-based solutions, as well as a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, superior leadership and team management abilities, and the capacity to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
