Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Lakewood, Colorado. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Contract Details :

  • 1,300 â $1,411 per week
  • 13-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant services at the facility
  • Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

    • Requirements :

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure / Certification in Colorado
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • At least 1-year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Prior experience in an SNF preferred
