Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 10 Pay Rate : $376.36 - $407.40 This facility is seeking a Vascular Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Call & requirements : Monday-Friday : 7a-5p; Call daily : 5p-7a and 24hr weekend call 2 Locums are needed Electronic Medical Records (EMR) : Cerner Certifications required : Board Certified Active Arizona License or Interstate Medical License Letter of Qualification (IMLC LOQ) Facility Location The third largest city in Arizona and just 15 miles east of Phoenix, Mesa is an eclectic mix of museums, culture and heritage set in a Sonoran Desert oasis.
