In this role, you will handle case file management, document review, and preparation of discovery, working closely with attorneys who take pride in training and developing legal support staff. You'll gain meaningful exposure to the litigation cycle, assisting with pre-trial and trial preparation while being part of a team that values clear, approachable communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review claims and collect documentation (medical, employment, police records)
• Summarize medical records, depositions, and key documents
• Draft and revise legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, and discovery
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Perform legal research related to claims
• Assist with pre-trial and trial preparation
• Manage e-filing and e-serving in California courts
• Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage discovery workflow
