Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp to Perm

Location : Lovington, New Mexico

Contract Length : 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm Opportunity)

Compensation : Up to $2,700 per week (based on experience)

This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while exploring the possibility of a long-term placement.

Job Description :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to restore, maintain, and improve physical function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide education to patients and families on exercises, safety, and home care techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner according to facility and regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review and update patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to physical therapy practice.
