About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Outpatient Pediatrics team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy to help children improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is collaborative, mission-driven, and committed to whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Administer therapy interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and ADLs
• Document patient progress, treatment modifications, and discharge plans
• Educate families / caregivers to support continued progress at home
• Collaborate with physicians, PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants as required
• Support onboarding of students or new staff; may serve as interim supervisor when needed
