Proven track record of creating user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and release notes.
Proven experience translating technical language / narrative for diverse audiences.
Proven track record to identify critical errors or inconsistencies.
Hands-on experience using tools such as MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence for content creation. Along with version control tools such as GIT.
5 or more years of experience working with Health IT programs.
Proven ability to interview IT engineers, developers, and user community, gathering details for IT applications / products.
Certifications such as IMCP are preferred but not required.
Tasks :
5 years or more experience developing IT-centric and Health IT user training material (Health Payroll, Health Financial systems, Health Clinical systems).
5 years or more experience compiling / editing / generating user training material and IT system documentation from IT stakeholders and user community.
