The Role

The HR & Operations Coordinator supports the systems that make Anchor Health run. This being our people, our processes, and our physical spaces. This role ensures every employee has a smooth, well-supported experience from onboarding to daily operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and adaptable as someone who brings structure without rigidity and understands that operational excellence and people experience are two sides of the same coin.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and interview scheduling through Greenhouse.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage onboarding steps in Rippling.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, certifications, and compliance records.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and new-hire orientation.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics (headcount, turnover, onboarding progress).

Operations Support

  • Oversee administrative and facility support for multi-site operations.
  • Coordinate IT setup requests, ID badges, and access credentials for new hires.
  • Track equipment, supplies, and vendor service requests.
  • Support logistics for leadership meetings, staff events, and organizational communications.
  • Manage organizational calendars, directories, and document repositories.
  • Liaise with compliance and safety programs for operational readiness.
  • Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-4+ years in HR, operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Rippling preferred) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
