Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director of IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines

Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance

Strong background in regulatory compliance and performance contracting

Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams

Financial management skills, including budget development and oversight

Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI
