Overnight Registered Nurse | Bluff Recovery - Augusta, GA

Pay : $30 - $38 per hour (with shift differential)

Schedule : Overnight Shift

Bluff Recovery, a proud member of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight team in Augusta, GA. Our nurses play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to adults in substance use and co-occurring treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care and support to clients during overnight hours
• Communicate effectively with team members and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities
• Complete initial nursing assessments upon admission
• Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
• Deliver education on medications and withdrawal management to clients
• Coordinate with medical providers for assessments and medication management
• Monitor client health status and respond promptly to medical or behavioral concerns
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment
• Complete all required trainings and documentation in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned to support safe and effective client care
