CALLING ALL DISPATCHERS!!!

LHH is currently seeking an experienced construction service Dispatcher for a growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The reason this position is open due to someone else being promoted after a few years of working there. This is a fast-paced environment and service calls must be answered within 2 hours. The ideal candidate would have about 3+ years of dispatching experience within a construction setting.

Responsibilities :

• Dispatching and closing out calls
• Working in clients various 3rd party sites and software’s
• Multitasking
• Prepares paperwork for escalated calls
• Will be working in multiple systems at a time
• Creating work orders
• Invoicing
• Answering and helping technicians immediately
• Providing correct ETA of arrival
• Assisting customers

Qualifications :

Monday- Friday 8 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PM or 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

Contract-to-hire

Pay range : $20 / hr - $24 / hr depending on years of experience and position you qualify for.
