Number of Staff Team of CM / SW to manage load Type of staff : Day Shift Friday-Monday 7 : 530 Day Shift Monday Friday 8-4 : 30 Night Shift - Patient Ratios SW : 1 : 40 RN : 1 : 20 Type of equipment mobile computer EMR Meditech / Midas / Navihealth Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments Discharge planning Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
