Enterprise Product / Platform Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, mobile digital solutions, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting‑edge digital solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive innovation within our clients digital ecosystem. The candidate must be technically proficient and hands‑on with the relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership : Lead the architectural design and implementation of digital solutions for the Client account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Digital Strategy : Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency in the QSR industry.
• Mobile Solutions : Design and implement mobile applications and solutions that improve customer experience and streamline operations within the Client.
• AI Integration : Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation, improve decision‑making processes, and enhance digital solutions.
• Technical Expertise : Be hands‑on and proficient in the relevant technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to digital architecture, QSR, and AI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX / UI designers, mobile developers, and data scientists, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
• Project Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders, including Client executives and IT teams, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
