Key Responsibilities Provide timely support and coordination for Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Workers using clinical applications Schedule MRA visits and manage Nurse Practitioners' Outlook Calendars to ensure compliance with visit count goals Track MRA completions and failures, implementing a ticket system for workflow issues Required Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or GED Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems Proof of vaccination required within 3 days after start date
