Maintenance Mechanic (Brockton)

A Maintenance Mechanic II position is a critical role within the maintenance department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager. This role involves executing preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, including electronic controls, conveyor systems, production machinery, and support equipment. We currently have opportunities available for 2nd Shift (5 : 00pm to 5 : 15am on a 2-2-3 schedule.) On average, as a Mechanic II, you could expect to make $100,000 / year ! • New Hire Base Salary Range : $29$42 / hr (plus $1 / hr shift differential.) Actual compensation will depend on your experience, skills, education, geographic considerations, and internal equity.

• Sign on Bonus of $5000.00 : $2000.00 paid out after 6 months and $3000.00 balance to be received at your 1-year anniversary with the company.
