We’re partnering with a nationally recognized, integrated design-build firm to find a Healthcare Superintendent in Austin, TX. This is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects in a collaborative environment where innovation and quality are top priorities.

About the Role :

As a Healthcare Superintendent, you’ll oversee ground-up hospitals, lab finish-outs, cleanrooms, and other healthcare facilities—with projects reaching up to $100M. You’ll ensure seamless coordination between field teams, project managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-focused environments.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in healthcare, lab, or cleanroom construction.
• Proven success managing projects up to $100M, with expertise in ground-up and complex renovations.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience working on integrated project teams and a solutions-driven mindset.
