- Answer incoming customer calls emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues with patience and understanding
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update account information in our database
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
