Position Overview :

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll play a key role in coaching, motivating, and guiding members to reach their personal fitness goals. You’ll design customized workout plans, provide safe and effective training, and foster positive relationships with members to keep them engaged and progressing.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members.
• Create personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals and abilities.
• Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Motivate and hold clients accountable to their fitness plans.
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Promote personal training programs within the club to increase engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.
