Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' functional abilities in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility policies.
• Provide support and guidance to patients with disabilities, ensuring a caring and empathetic approach throughout the therapeutic process.
• Stay updated on the latest practices in occupational therapy, anatomy, physiology, and case management.
