• Facility does not have 24 / 7 in-house pharmacy coverage
• 48-hr. Guarantees may NOT be accommodated
• Blocked Scheduling may be accommodated, must include in BODY of submittal
• EMR :   MedHost
• 99 bed hospital
• Clinical pharmacy duties assigned to clinical pharmacist under the supervision of a pharmacy director, verification of provider orders, medication dispensing OmniCell restock, medication preparation, supervision of pharmacy techs; etc
• 40 hour work week, day shift, rotating weekend shifts
• Call Requirements : after hours call schedule shared between 5 pharmacists (weekdays 5p-7a, weekends 2 : 30p-7a)
• No floating required

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days, 7 : 30a-5p, Mon-Fri, Rotating weekends 7 : 30a-2 : 30p, call required
