Job Description : Responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts / programs.

• Serves as the primary communication conduit between L3Harris and the respective customers.
• Provides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements.
• Analyzes material estimates, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Works with cross-functional team to prepare proposals and approvals Prepares and conducts negotiations.
• Thinks critically, problem-solves and works independently.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
• Multi-tasks and determines priorities while working on multiple assignments.
• Negotiates contract terms and conditions with commercial, international and US Government customers.
• Champions change management process with internal and external team.
• Advises management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Clearly presents information to broad audience, inclusive of management.
• Travels, and works extended hours, as needed.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
