Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow a book of business, providing consultative risk management solutions.
- Assess client risks and recommend suitable insurance coverages.
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals.
- Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with carriers.
- Collaborate with account managers and service teams for client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to growth targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proven success in commercial insurance sales or related roles.Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, auto, workers' compensation, E&O).Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with independent work capability and sales pipeline management.Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.Interested?
