Front Desk Agent
Welcome guests upon arrival. Perform all check-in and checkout functions. Accept, sort and distribute all messages for guests. Produce, generate, and distribute reports. Post charges to guests' accounts. Respond to guests' special needs.
Qualifications : 1-2 years customer service or reception experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management. Be able to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure that guests' business is kept confidential. Be able to operate computerized front office system.
