Behavior Analyst / Assistant Behavior Analyst - Hiring in Woodbridge, VA - 062324

Kona Medical Consulting is looking for Behavior Analyst and / or Assistant Behavior Analyst, working set-up is Hybrid  (in-person and remote) in Woodbridge, VA 22407.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health conditions.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress towards treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of behavioral health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
