Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle Coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments Qualifications Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and / or construction / cost estimating 3+ years of experience performing and / or reviewing property inspection reports 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process
