Position Overview :

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician to join our team. The Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for various HVAC / R systems in commercial settings, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC / R systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC / R systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
• Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Performs repairs on commercial HVAC / R systems.
• Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop / tablet.
• Participates in an on-call rotation.
• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
