POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer . With minimal supervision the Manufacturing Engineer will work with engineering operations quality and project management to develop technical manufacturing solutions for new and existing programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop technical manufacturing options.
• Development of technical instructions.
• Revise Technical Specifications.
• Perform research design and development of manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and plan work force utilization space requirements workflow and layout .
• Provide input to estimating.
• Work with engineering operations and project management concerning product design.
• Consult with vendors to determine product specification sand arrange for purchase of product.
• Perform product / process analysis for cost reduction quality improvement and efficiency.
• Work with management engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities production schedules and other considerations regarding production processes.
• Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential requirements.
• Coordinate and direct process improvement teams.
• Assist with resolution of customer technical and quality issues.
• Ability to coordinate teams to complete tasks.
• Ability to collect analyze interpret and present technical and business information.
• Ability to successfully work in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work in a high stress and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

SALARY RANGE : $85000-$95000
