Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Engineer near Stockton, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical and administrative support to the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.
- Organize and maintain project files
- Assist with change order management. The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing.
- Manage the closeout and turn over process.
- Assist Project Manager to prepare project files for audit at project completion.
- Site conditions verification and support as needed.
