Product Manager –Buyflows

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and optimization of e-commerce funnels, checkout flows, and product discovery experiences, collaborating with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, A / B testing, and other e-commerce analytics tools to monitor user behavior, conversion rates, cart abandonment, average order value (AOV), and other key metrics.
  • Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks in the purchase journey and implement improvements that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with UX / UI teams to conduct user research, usability testing, and experimentation to refine the shopping experience.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize new features, enhancements, and optimizations, balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotions, product launches, and digital campaigns align with e-commerce performance goals, tracking and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage A / B and multivariate testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Oversee the release and iteration process, ensuring all e-commerce platform updates and enhancements are implemented effectively.

Required Skills :

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically focused on e-commerce platforms, digital storefronts, or checkout optimization.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A / B testing tools (., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO), and other e-commerce analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze cart abandonment, conversion data, and customer behavior to inform product decisions and drive improvements.
  • Solid understanding of UX / UI best practices for e-commerce experiences, with the ability to work closely with design teams to create seamless shopping journeys.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, managing product backlogs, and leading sprint planning.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid acquisition strategies, and e-commerce marketing tools to optimize traffic sources and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Experience working with custom-built e-commerce solutions as well as platforms such as Shopify, Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
